Terms and Conditions

This document constitutes a legally binding digital contract between you (the user) and CredVantage, the official administrator of the CredVantage - Credit Line mobile application. By installing, registering, or browsing this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to comply with all rules set forth in this agreement. If you do not consent to these binding terms, you must cease using our application immediately and remove it from your mobile device.

To register for a revolving credit line on our platform, you must be a natural person, a citizen of India, and at least eighteen (18) years of age, possessing full legal capacity to enter into standard contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You guarantee that all information, identification, and documents provided during onboarding are authentic, accurate, and current.

Any creation of duplicate accounts, identity spoofing, or submitting falsified credentials will result in an immediate permanent ban and termination of service access.

You are the sole custodian of your account credentials, including passwords, security PINs, and dynamic One-Time Passwords (OTPs). Any transaction, credit draw, or operational command initiated through your authenticated profile will be deemed legally authorized and executed by you.

You strictly agree not to engage in any activity that harms the application, including hacking our cloud databases, decompiling the source code, launching automated data scrapers, bypassing security firewalls, or using the platform for illegal activities such as money laundering.

The entire CredVantage software ecosystem, including the proprietary credit evaluation models, visual interface elements, layout designs, and corporate trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of CredVantage. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use our app strictly for personal credit line management.

While you retain full ownership of the personal financial data you input, you grant CredVantage a perpetual, royalty-free license to host, process, and anonymize this information to deliver our credit line utilities.

The CredVantage app is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We offer no guarantees regarding continuous application uptime, network availability, or error-free software operations. The credit calculations, interest estimations, and terms displayed in the dashboard are for transactional reference and do not constitute official financial, legal, or tax advice.

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, CredVantage shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses or data corruption resulting from your use of the application.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect software enhancements or legislative updates. Your continued use of the platform after updates are published signifies your full acceptance of the revised contract.

This agreement shall be governed and interpreted solely by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising under this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
