You have the right to request permanent deletion of your CredVantage account and associated personal data. Please read the information below carefully before submitting your request.
What Happens When You Delete?
Account Removed
Your active account profile and app access will be permanently terminated.
Data Deletion
Non-statutory personal data will be deleted within 15 business days.
Statutory Retention
Certain records required under Indian financial law are archived for 5 years for compliance.
Irreversible Action
This request cannot be undone. You will need to re-register if you wish to use CredVantage again.
Processing Timeline
Business days to process and complete your data deletion request.
